Privacy notice
Your family's story stays yours.
Last updated October 2026. This notice explains what Sunday Drive Pictures collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send in an application: your name, email, optional phone and town, and what you tell us about your loved one.
- If you make a film with us: the photos, videos and voice recordings you share, and your interview.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (for example, to block spam).
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To make your film. Service providers that power transcription, narration and hosting process this material only on our behalf.
- We do not sell your information, and we never use your photos, recordings or film in marketing without your written permission.
How long we keep it
Applications we don't move forward with are deleted within 90 days. Your film materials are kept privately so we can deliver and support your film, and are deleted when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take down a film you've allowed us to share. Email hello@sundaydrivepictures.com and we'll take care of it.
